There are--thankfully for people like me--more and more arts centers popping up all over Kigali.  Ivuka Arts Center is one of the older models.  Part of their community outreach involves teaching young men and women the ancient art of traditional Rwandan dance at a caliber worthy of professional performance.  Last fall, I had the chance to watch some of these athletic kids shake their tails.
